Job Details:

  • Pay: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour, based on department and experience
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
  • Plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire Career Opportunity

Typical Day Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Assembly Worker, you may be required to:

  • Use hand tools and blueprints/instructions to manufacture large components.
  • Prepare moulds by removing debris and setting up for the next process phase.
  • Apply materials in layers following specific instructions.
  • Remove excess material once set and prepare surfaces with pneumatic sanders.
  • Trim edges and blend seams.
  • Apply gelcoats, and conduct sanding and buffing.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
  • Proficiency in reading instructions and performing basic math.
  • Capability to operate hand and potentially power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, defect-free work.
  • Positive, open mindset with active contributions to continuous improvement.
