Are you a hands-on problem solver with a strong mechanical or electrical background? We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Georgetown, TX. This is your opportunity to work in a modern, technology-driven environment where your skills will keep essential operations moving and contribute to the success of our production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and make timely repairs

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace motors, drives, pumps, sensors, and other components

  • Maintain documentation for maintenance tasks and repairs

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime

  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications a plus
