Kelly is partnering with a global food manufacturer to hire a Maintenance Technician for their White Bear Lake facility. This is a direct-hire position with a union employer offering competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.
Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician ensures the functionality of manufacturing equipment by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. This role is vital to maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards.
DetailsShifts/Pay Rate:
- 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (180 workdays/year)
- Pay: $29+/hr (based on experience)
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct building maintenance and assist with parts inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Document work activities and communicate effectively with the team.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience or 2 years with technical training in equipment and plant maintenance.
- Proficient in troubleshooting single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Experience reading and applying schematics and equipment manuals.
- Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills, with the ability to use testing instruments safely.
- MN Boiler Class A or B license preferred (reimbursement available).
