Pay Rate: $32.43 per hour

What's a typical day as Maintenance Technician II? You'll:
  • Must follow all Plant, Safety, Quality, and Lockout/Tagout regulations
  • Read, interpret and work from schematics, sketches, and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Maintain operational tasks of plant machinery and equipment, ensuring Safety and Quality
  • Troubleshoot Electrical components and replace/reprogram VFD's
  • Safely operate shop equipment including Lathe, Drill press, Hydraulic press MIG/TIG weld
  • Make and repair parts such as Shafts, guards, flanges, and pipes.
  • Work from different heights on scaffolding, mechanical lifts, and ladders as a last resort
  • Analyze data to make effective decisions
  • Work with others to identify opportunities for improving machinery and maintenance systems
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor, department manager, or plant leadership
     
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the:
  • High School Diploma or GED – required
  • 5+ Years as a Maintenance technician - Prior experience should include working knowledge of electrical motors and industrial electrical controls, including design, wiring, and troubleshooting of advanced motor control and safety circuits
  • Can safely operate shop equipment including Lathe, Drill press, Hydraulic press MIG/TIG weld
  • Can read, interpret and work from schematics, sketches, and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Experience with PLC systems preferred
