Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Maintenance Technician I in Florence, KY for a world-renowned company specializing in transit packaging solutions—protecting goods and optimizing operations across industries.

Why You'll Love This Role:

• Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
• Location: Florence, KY
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and report findings
• Diagnose electrical issues including drives and PLCs
• Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
• Support building safety, utilities, and appearance
• Communicate issues with team leaders and managers
• Other related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC and drive experience preferred
• MIG and/or arc welding experience
• Forklift experience (training provided)
• Ability to interpret gauges, tools, and instruments
• High school diploma/GED preferred; certifications a plus
