Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

Job Description:
Join our team as an on-site Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing production and maintenance equipment, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production and maintenance equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, masonry, welding, and basic electrical/electronic work
  • Execute Preventative Maintenance (PM), Reactive Maintenance (RM), and Help Desk work orders
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
  • Remain on-call at all times for building-related emergencies
  • Responsible for daily 5S activities, ensuring cleanliness and organization of workspaces and storage areas for safety
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to successfully complete and maintain certification requirements to be issued a forklift license
