Pay Rate: $23.90 per hour
Location: Fordyce, Arkansas
Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Worksite: Onsite

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You will:

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to minimize downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance and document findings in the maintenance system
• Maintain and repair facility equipment including utilities, ventilation, plumbing, and building systems
• Identify and resolve electrical issues, including PLCs, drives, and motor controls
• Perform welding repairs using MIG and/or arc welding equipment
• Ensure machines operate safely and at optimal productivity after repairs or changeovers
• Complete work orders, track parts, and help manage spare parts inventory
• Respond quickly to safety hazards or equipment issues that pose immediate risk
• Support general facility upkeep, housekeeping, and machine readiness
• Communicate equipment concerns with group leaders or the maintenance manager
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Experience with PLCs and variable frequency drives (preferred but highly valuable)
Welding experience with MIG and/or arc welding
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, schematics, and repair tools
• Forklift experience (or willingness to train and certify onsite)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours (Mon–Thu, 7PM–5AM)
