What's a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)? You'll be:
• Providing leadership to hourly employees, coordinating and scheduling tasks to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Meeting quality and delivery objectives while spending 50% of your day on the shop floor.
• Overseeing non-routine and self-directed tasks to meet operational goals.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1+ years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Hold a 2-year technical degree or have equivalent experience.
• Are comfortable leading hourly employees in a factory environment and proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
• Possess technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and tool and die, with planning and estimating work experience. SAP experience is preferred.
