Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $46-$52/hour (Based on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Schenectady, NY

What's a typical day as Maintenance Project Manager? You'll be:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all wind turbine assets based on O&M manual requirements, seasonal weather trends, and manpower efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities in a manner that ensures on-time maintenance while optimizing for operational efficiency.
- Partnering with contracted companies, ensuring adequate staffing levels and skill sets to support maintenance activities.
- Hold contracted companies accountable for the performance of maintenance teams including performance targets, quality, and safety.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Document standard work processes including but not limited to site vendor inductions, field maintenance activities, and operational best practices.
- Promote a culture of safety among contracted partners.
- Ensure accurate records of maintenance activities, including site level reporting, task management, and future work planning.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, detailing maintenance performance, KPI's, and operational efficiencies.
- Follow up on actions from weekly operational calls with contracted partners and regional.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, High School Diploma and equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance or technical position
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a service, technical, or maintenance role with increased responsibility
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, maintenance practices, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
-Analytical mindset with proficiency in problem-solving.
- Certifications in project management, maintenance planning, or related fields are desired.
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint experience, particularly pivot tables, advanced lookups, charts, and data mining.
