This position involves performing hands-on maintenance and repair work such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility upkeep. Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience and must have steel-toed boots due to safety requirements.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Essential Job Functions
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep in plant and office facilities.
Carry out work in one or more trades, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, equipment repair, electrical, or welding.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
Use hand and power tools to test, troubleshoot, and repair machinery or systems.
Review and interpret blueprints, layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications to complete assigned tasks.
Must have or be able to wear protective clothing and steel-toed boots for safety compliance.
Must-Have Qualifications
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or related trades.
Experience in painting, plumbing, carpentry, or machinery repair preferred.
Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and safety procedures.
Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing manual tasks throughout the shift.
Must own or be able to obtain steel-toed safety footwear.
