Pay Rate: $17-18 per hour (7 am - 3:30 pm, flexible to 6-2:30 if preferred)

What's a typical day as a Mail Inserter? You'll be:
- Setting up and adjusting the Envelope Stuffing Machine Operator for optimal efficiency, performing routine maintenance like cleaning and lubricating as needed
- Reading and following job specifications to ensure accurate assembly, using the correct materials such as paper types and envelopes for each mailing project
- Double-checking the number of items being processed to ensure accuracy, ensuring mailings match the job order and confirming the proper sequence of documents
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies, proactively flagging potential issues to maintain high-quality standards
- Following all safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment while ensuring processes comply with industry regulations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1-2 years of previous experience operating a mail inserter machine in a fast-paced production environment
- Possess basic computer skills for data entry and job tracking using a scanner
- Are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
