Kelly Services is hiring Terminator Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturer and supplier of wire harnesses, cables, and custom components, proudly headquartered in Twinsburg since 1987.
  Pay: $16/hour (Higher pay with setup experience)
Location: Twinsburg
Hours: 1st Shift 7a-3pm & 2nd shift 2p-10p - $1.00/hour more

Education, Training & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Skills Required

• Basic math proficiency
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and rulers
• Machine operation and adjustment skills
• Ability to read and understand department paperwork

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, squat, stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain terminating equipment
• Perform micrometer calibration (if applicable)
• Meet departmental goals and objectives
• Process and control paperwork related to terminations
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Understand the wire harness manufacturing process
• Knowledge of the Quality Management System
