Position Summary
The Machine Operator will operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customer specifications. This role requires working collaboratively with operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve production goals, performing minor equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with security and production policies.
- 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2:55pm - 10:55pm

- Work Location: 100% Onsite
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
- Operate card production equipment and perform related activities.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production output and quality standards.
- Confirm work receipt and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per instructions.
- Conduct quality inspections on own work according to production standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Identify potential production and quality issues; recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operators, technicians, and supervisors to resolve problems.
- Ensure compliance with all security and production policies/procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and order supplies as needed.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
- Meet safety standards consistently.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructions.
- Ability to establish credibility and make sound decisions while supporting organizational priorities.
- 1–3 years of mechanical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience with safety rules and maintenance instructions.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Standing and operating machinery for 6+ hours per day.
