Immediate openings for multiple shifts for a Machine Operator in Beverly, MA- details below. Pay rate is $19 per hour, however, negotiable with machine operator experience.
Position Overview

Title: Machine Operator
-
Reports to: Production Manager
-
Purpose: Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture, assemble, and package products within set quality standards.

Operate and monitor manufacturing and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
-
Produce, package, and label products per specifications.
-
Meet/exceed production deadlines and quality standards.
-
Follow written and verbal instructions from Team Lead.
-
Complete accurate documentation related to production tasks.
-
Assist with process, product, or tooling validation if needed.
-
Maintain a clean and organized workstation; follow gowning and cleanroom protocols.

Be accountable for the quality of manufactured products.
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge Requirements -
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and quality standards.

Basic understanding of hand tools and material handling.
-
Preferred: Understanding of microscope use.
-
Comply with policies, SOPs, work instructions, and quality regulations.
-
Perform and document tasks accurately and consistently.
-
Work effectively in a team; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Follow safety, hygiene, PPE, and cleanroom protocols.

Ability to perform basic math.
-
Willingness to become forklift certified if required.

Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
-
Sedentary to moderate physical activity: walking, standing, repetitive motions.

Requires fine motor skills, close visual acuity, and manual dexterity.

No exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
