Job Summary:
A Confidential Manufacturing Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator I to support day-to-day production of fabricated metal products and light assembly. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:45 PM

Opportunities for overtime may be available.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery and equipment for production

Perform light mechanical assembly as needed

Inspect and ensure product quality during manufacturing

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
-
1–3 years of manufacturing or related experience (preferred)

Basic computer skills (a plus)
-
Forklift experience (a plus)
