Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Fort Lawn, SC
Shift: 2nd Shift (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM), 3-2-2 Schedule
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our winery production team as Production Labor / Machine Operators on the 2nd shift. This role is critical to the efficient and safe operation of our production line equipment to meet and exceed production goals in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate all assigned production line equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to established production targets and quality standards.

Perform machine changeovers to support continuous production flow.

Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Maintain a clean, organized, and Food Safety-compliant work area, including routine housekeeping and sanitation tasks.

Execute routine production reporting and conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, ensuring in-process and final product quality.

Demonstrate situational awareness and a strong sense of urgency regarding safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support seamless operations.

Operate a designated machine center within the winery production line.
Qualifications:

Prior experience operating production line equipment in a manufacturing or food/beverage environment preferred.

Knowledge of Food Safety standards and ability to maintain a sanitary workspace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Flexibility to work night shifts on a 3-2-2 rotation pattern.

Basic technical aptitude to interact with HMI controls and learn machine operations.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
