Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Green Cove Springs
• Shift: 5am-1:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate various manufacturing equipment efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure product specifications are met.
• Utilize measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and inspect finished products for defects, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating machines, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Document production data, machine performance, and issues encountered for accurate reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve machine-related problems.
• Meticulous attention to detail for reading blueprints and ensuring product quality.
• Basic math skills for calculating measurements and production rates.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle materials safely.
