Position Overview: Machine Operator
As a Machine Operator at this company, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring efficient and quality-driven operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Setup & Adjustment: Skillfully prepare and adjust the Machine/Filler for each production run, adhering to specific fill records and procedures.
• Material Handling: Accurately place required materials in and on the can, following precise fill records and ensuring product quality.
• Operation Efficiency: Manage filling lines to achieve optimum productivity, focusing on minimizing downtime and maintaining continuous production flow.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Uphold a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and keeping your area orderly and hazard-free.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing machine operation, with a track record of successfully handling equipment setup and operation.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy, especially regarding fill records and machine adjustments.
• Efficiency and Productivity: The ability to operate machinery efficiently, ensuring production targets are met without compromising on safety or quality.
