Mold Injection Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mold Injection Operator to join our team. As a Mold Injection Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in mold injection operations to join a dynamic company and contribute to our success.
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: North Clearwater
- Pay Rate: $14.50
- Shift: 2nd or 3rd
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper molding process
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments to maintain product standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the molding process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production flow
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Mold Injection Operator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
