Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Must be flexible to work First, Second or Third Shift
What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:
•Operating various equipment such as mixing machines, laminating machines, looms, ovens, scales, bag sealers, forklifts, etc.
•Reviewing production documents to ensure products are being produced according to specifications
• Making adjustments to processes to meet quality specifications
• Conducting general/basic maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshooting issues with equipment
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment as needed
• Entering information into computer systems

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hold an Associates Degree in Process Technology or other Industrial/technical skill (strongly preferred)
• Have 3-5 years of experience in an industrial plant (strongly preferred)
• Have 1-2 years of experience in the production of chemicals (preferred)
• Have previous experience using SAP (preferred)
• Have previous experience in forklift operation (preferred)
• Are able to work 8 to 12 hours per shift standing, moving throughout the facility
• Are fluent in English
• Are able to utilize a computer and associated software
• Are able to lift up to 50lbs independently consistently throughout the shift
