At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking Machine Helpers to work for a reputable company in Rochester, NY. If you're ready to join a company that values hard work and offers opportunities for advancement, this is the role for you!
Shift: A (6am to 2:30pm,) B (2:30pm to 11pm,) or C (10pm to 6am).
- Regular Overtime Available.

What does a typical day look like for this position
- Loading and unloading materials: You will handle and move heavy materials into and out of machines, ensuring smooth operation throughout the production process.
- Moving and stacking products: After machines complete their cycles, you will be responsible for stacking and moving finished products to designated areas for further processing or shipment.
- Quality control: You'll visually inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards, looking for defects or inconsistencies, and ensuring that all products leaving the machine are up to par.
- General support: Perform other related duties as needed to support machine operators and production teams, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.
