Pay Rate/Compensation:
•  $22.00 to 25.00 per hour
• Pay based on experience.

Hours:
• Night shift
• 45-hour work week.

What's a typical day as a Logistics Specialist? You'll be:
• Directing and monitoring VWTS operations for all customers.
• Coordinating activities with various departments and stakeholders.
• Utilizing ERP system (SAP) for real-time order management.
• Acting as an information source for customers and employees.
• Dispatching drivers and field service personnel.
• Maintaining contact with drivers, service centers, and customers.
• Maintaining records and logs.
• Providing basic technical consultation.
• Striving for cost-efficient and effective logistics execution.
• Assisting drivers and field in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Handling communication and booking of contract hauler loads.
• Creating documents and paperwork related to deliveries.
• Managing a high volume of customer service calls and communications.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Have mathematical skills and moderate-to-quick typing skills.
• Have demonstrated communication skills.
• Have a background in customer service and transportation/shipping/logistics.
• Are able to work with a team.
• Have strong communication skills.

Desired Characteristics:
• Bachelor's Degree in transportation-related program.
• Prior experience in logistics, freight, and/or driver management.
