Job Title: Logistics Customer Support – Reverse Logistics Inventory
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule:: 8 AM – 5 PM)


Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Administrator to support our Reverse Logistics team. This role involves managing damaged and defective product inventory, obtaining vendor approvals, and coordinating returns. While not customer-facing, this position requires strong internal communication with departments such as Sales and Product Management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reverse logistics for damaged or defective products
• Obtain approval from vendors and coordinate product returns
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Product Management)
• Perform accurate data entry and manage inventory records
• Utilize Excel and toggle between multiple software platforms
• Respond to internal service requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• 50+ WPM typing speed
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Able to multitask and switch between systems/screens efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Ideal Candidate:

• Enjoys working in a cohesive, team-driven environment
• Has prior experience in logistics, inventory control, or administrative support
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
