3rd shift Hours 10pm-6am Monday Thru Friday

What's a typical day as a Logistics Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers by taking orders, giving pricing information, and performing consultative sales.
• Monitoring service on all requests and shipments, ensuring timely updates to customers via phone, email, and web-based channels.
• Identifying customer needs and facilitating communication with owner operators or outside agents to ensure cost-effective shipment execution.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and ideally two years of industry experience.
• Possess strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
