Loader – Warehouse / Shipping
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Payrate: $20/hour
We are looking for a dependable Loader to support our warehouse and shipping operations. This role is hands-on and physical, focused on loading and unloading trailers and shipping containers while ensuring product stability, accuracy, and safety. You'll work as part of a small, safety-focused team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Hand-load and unload merchandise, pallets, and master containers into trailers and shipping containers (including FedEx trailers).

Prepare products for shipment by weighing, handling, marking, addressing, and packing loads.

Load shipping containers according to mapping and special instructions to prevent damage and maintain load stability.

Wrap pallets by machine or hand to ensure secure transport.

Operate riding pallet jacks, stock trucks, and mechanical jacks safely and consistently.

Verify correct loading by reviewing export and shipping documentation.

Dispose of corrugated materials into compactors.

Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping aisles and keeping work areas clean.

Unload and clean out shipping containers as needed.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Experience operating a riding pallet jack.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.

At least 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience.

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a physical environment.

Steel-toe boots or shoes required.

Non-English speakers are welcome.

Reach truck experience and/or certification.

Experience using RF scanners (scan guns).

Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.

Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.

Team-oriented mindset in a small, collaborative environment.

Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Training: Provided daily for as long as needed.
