Job Summary:
As a Line Attendant, you will play a crucial role in our production process, engaging in a variety of duties across filling lines, carton machines, assembly, and packaging areas. This position is designed for individuals who are legally blind and are ready to leverage their skills in a dynamic work setting.
Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage various tasks across filing lines, carton machines, assembly, and packaging areas with accuracy and efficiency.
• Comprehend and apply department work instructions to ensure job responsibilities are performed to standard.
• Emphasize safety and quality control in all aspects of production, contributing to an effective and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand department work instructions.
• Capacity to prioritize safety and quality, ensuring productive and efficient performance.
• Legal blindness, with a commitment to leveraging your capabilities in a supportive workplace.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preference for candidates with experience in a production setting, although not mandatory. Training will be provided to ensure success in your role.
