Legal Client Support Analyst
Location: Ft. Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$21 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The Legal Client Support Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for clients, providing support by phone and email to ensure timely and accurate resolution of questions and service requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn and understand the full suite of services offered. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client and sales partner inquiries and drive them to resolution.
  • Investigate issues and conduct research to ensure accurate corrective actions are taken.
  • Set up and onboard new client accounts through the company portal.
  • Train and guide new clients on using portal features effectively.
  • Perform front-end processing for settled cases.
  • Complete transcript and video status checks.
  • Provide price quotes for completed jobs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Suggest workflow improvements and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of legal support services.
  • Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by department leadership.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or client support experience.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills.
  • Prior administrative or office experience is a plus.
  • Experience in legal services or related fields preferred but not required.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
