Pay Rate: Starts at $18 - $19.80/hr, depending on experience and shift
Work schedule: 1st Shift M-Th 4 AM- 2:30 PM or 2nd Shift M-Th 3 PM- 1:30 AM
For the 1st 60 days you will work an 8 hour schedule Mon-Fri, and then move to a 10-hour schedule plus overtime.

What's a typical day as a Laminator? You'll be:
• Performing a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and instructions
• Laying up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and instructions
• Wrapping mold with composite materials in preparation for the curing process to form composite part
• Checking for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning and reporting any discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor
• Verifying materials being used are according to the manufacturing plan
• Verifying part ID tag and signing off on work performed
• Adhering to schedules and time allowances for production requirements

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have the ability to read and understand detailed instructions and follow demonstrated steps
• Have good attention to detail
• Have excellent hand-eye coordination
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Have experience in composite manufacturing (a plus)
• Are able to handle objects of up to 50 lbs.
• Are able to stand or walk for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift and overtime).
