Job Title: Laboratory Manager
Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Overview:
A newly established laboratory in Clearwater, FL specializing in gummy manufacturing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory Manager to lead daily operations. This role requires a strong background in HPLC, laboratory practices, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and play a key role in maintaining product quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations and personnel

Conduct and review analytical testing including HPLC and other QC methods

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, industry regulations, and safety standards

Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and project success

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of lab results

Support method development, validation, and troubleshooting of instruments and processes
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field preferred

1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience required

HPLC experience required

Strong communication and leadership skills
