Kelly Education is immediately hiring K-12 Substitute Teachers to work in Aurora Public Schools for the 2024-2025 School year! No classroom experience required!

No teaching experience? No problem! Our pre-hire training, paid orientation, and ongoing professional development ensure that you will always have the skills necessary to succeed in the classroom.

Minimum requirements:
- Must have a Substitute Authorization or willing to obtain an authorization through the Department of Education. We will guide you through the process!
- Minimum 48+ college credits

Responsibilities:
- Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
- Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
- For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
