What's a Typical Day Like as an Invoice Analyst?
As a vital member of our finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our invoicing processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generating Accurate Invoices: Apply customer contract provisions to produce precise invoices, estimates, and quotes that reflect contractual agreements.
  • Ensuring Accuracy: Analyze invoices for internal corrections before submission, verifying sales order materials and labor charges for accuracy.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts with their accounts receivable to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Timeliness and Compliance: Meet and exceed internal and customer metrics related to invoice timeliness and accuracy, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

The Invoice Analyst Role Might Be Perfect for You If You Have:
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or progress towards one, complemented by relevant work experience.
