Description

Position: Inventory Control Lead
Location: San Jose
Hours: M–F 5am – 2pm. 
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr.
Length: 6-month contract
 
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily Inventory Cycle Counts as requested
  • Ability to Download and read basic inventory or Stock Status reports
  • Daily reporting on Inventory Discrepancies found via email
  • Audits the 3rd party WH team, Cycle Count data for accuracy
  • Audits the 3rd party WH team, Physical Count sheets for Accuracy
  • Will need to quickly Cycle Count Urgent material as requested
 
Requirements:
  • 1-2 Years of Inventory Control Experience required
  • Experience with Cycle Counting WIP Inventory is preferred
  • Familiar with the Standard WH Cycle Count process
  • Microsoft Excel mid-level expertise required
  • Detailed oriented and attention to accuracy
  • Ability to Count accurately without mistakes
  • Ability to work independently. The job will be unsupervised at times
  • Ability to collaborate with onsite warehouse team for support
  • Our partner will have resources allocated to support material handling for the cycle counts
  • Lifting Medium/Heavy boxes is not a regular task. But occasional lifting is required.  Up to 25 lbs
  • Physical activities at times will be required: walking, working stand-up and bending to scan barcodes using a barcode scanner
  • Punctuality
