Inventory Coordinator 
Location:
Richmond, VA
Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20–$22+ per hour (Based on Experience)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Coordinator to support daily material management, cycle counting, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse inventory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and logistics teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inventory cycle counts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pull, stage, and organize materials for production and work orders.
  • Coordinate and track material orders, ensuring timely availability.
  • Assist with loading trucks and trailers for inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Support logistics coordination, including scheduling and communication with drivers.
  • Utilize SAP or similar ERP software to update inventory levels and process transactions.
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas.
  • Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies and improving inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience required.
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Ability to lift materials and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
