Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 5:30am–2:00pm
3 Month Assignment
What you'll be doing as an Inventory Control Coordinator:
• Handling product receiving, stocking, inventory disbursement and delivery, and all essential inventory management activities using systems like ULS IM and Microsoft Office.• Conducting on-site program replenishments and disbursements; receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counting in the stockroom.• Using handheld devices for requisition and inventory management functions. • Following well-defined procedures outlined in Best Practices, SOPs, and work instructions. • Communicating openly with the Site Supervisor and Team Lead to carry out daily tasks and independently making decisions to meet customer needs. • Proactively addressing customer concerns and identifying solutions quickly. • Representing the company positively and professionally throughout customer locations.
Requirements:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bring 1–2 years of experience in customer service, warehouse, or inventory management (preferred).
• Enjoy building positive customer relationships and take a proactive approach in your work.
• Are detail-oriented, technically adept, organized, and a natural problem solver. • Can work overtime as needed.
• Are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and don't mind excessive walking.
• Can follow attendance policies and protocols.
