Do you have a passion for demand planning, forecasting production schedules, and analyzing raw inventory to optimize production needs? We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our client located in the GTA for a permanent opportunity. If you're ready to challenge the status quo and make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current stock levels and raw inventory to identify potential shortages or excesses, determining appropriate replenishment actions using historical and forecasted demand patterns.
- Collaborate with the production team to create and maintain accurate production schedules and PO fulfillment plans, ensuring on-time order delivery.
- Participate in daily production review meetings to verify production numbers and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain and improve Supply Chain and Inventory Reporting, including developing KPI dashboards with internal stakeholders.
- Accurately record all inventory-related transactions in ERP, including purchases, production, and sales.
- Perform month-end reconciliations with detailed analysis of inventory variances and production efficiency.
- Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls related to demand planning and inventory management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory analysis, and forecasting production schedules within a GMP facility is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics) for inventory management and demand planning.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools for demand forecasting and inventory analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A background is required.
Perks:
- Base salary $65,000-$75,000/year (based on experience) and 3-weeks' vacation.
