Integrated Marketing Manager
Full-Time (Approx. 12 Months) I  $32.00 - $37.50/hour 

Are you a detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives on bringing campaigns to life? We are searching for a hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. This fully remote role (preference for Vancouver-based candidates) is perfect for someone with a passion for brand management, campaign execution, and collaborating across teams and vendors to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all marketing activities consistently reflect brand identity and messaging
  • Oversee day-to-day coordination and rollout of integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to keep projects on track and on budget
  • Lead marketing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with content creators to maintain consistent brand storytelling in all materials

First 90–120 Days:
  • Launch a new campaign focused on key verticals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to review and refine content
  • Manage vendor relationships for timely billing and swag distribution

What You Bring:
  • 4–5 years' experience in marketing with a focus on brand management, campaign execution, and project management
  • Skill in branding and storytelling and applying these across different marketing channels
  • Success building and running integrated marketing campaigns and maintaining brand standards
  • Experience managing external resources and vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, distributed environment

Preferred:
  • Experience in B2B or channel marketing
  • Agency background or work with distributed teams
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot

Additional Details:
  • Remote (Canada-wide; home office setup required)
  • Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Reports to Senior Content Manager; supports brand marketing initiatives
