Mechanical Assemblers
Job Summary:
Join us in Windsor, CT, as a Mechanical Assembler where your skills will contribute to crafting quality components in a dynamic and safety-oriented environment. 
Job Specifications: 
Climate Controlled Facility
Steel Toe Boots are required
Full benefits and Bonus potential up to 10% upon permanent hire
Pay increases after 90 days

•    Pay Rate:
•    $20.00/hr (1st Shift), 
•    $21.40/hr (2nd Shift) 
•    Shift: 
•    1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM), 
•    2nd Shift (Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

What will you be doing? 
•    Assemble preformed sheet metal parts using various mechanical tools such as drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers. 
•    Safely operate and maintain machinery. 
•    Conduct pressure tests on valves and mechanical components. 
•    Interpret and follow detailed assembly drawings and sketches. 
•    Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment. 
•    Accurately record daily activities in manufacturing/production documents. 
•    Complete additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.

What is required?  
•    Experience in assembling sheet metal parts and proficient use of mechanical tools. 
•    Preferably, 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience. 
•    Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. 
•    Comfortable with kneeling, bending, and standing for long durations. 
•    Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly drawings and using accurate measuring tools. 
•    Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
•    Familiarity with using tablets and computers for day-to-day tasks.
