Pay RateCompensation:
$41.06 per hour

Shift:
1st Shift – 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

A Day in the Life of an HVAC Facilities Maintenance Technician:

In this role, you will be the backbone of facility operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
•    Managing preventive maintenance and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, safety, fire protection, and security systems to ensure seamless facility operations.
•    Installing, servicing, and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, adhering to building codes and safety regulations.
•    Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues promptly to keep everything running at its best.

The Ideal Candidate:

This job could be a great fit if you:
•    Have a High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in facility operations.
•    Hold an S1 or S2 license and possess an EPA Universal Certification in refrigeration.
•    Are experienced with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and have a solid understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
