Human Resources Manager
Location: Pacific, MO – Fully Onsite
Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + Bonus
Role Type: Permanent

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact on a manufacturing team? We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our Pacific, MO plant as a key member of the leadership team. This role offers the chance to shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and support operational excellence across our facility.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, and development initiatives.

  • Serve as the go-to resource for employees with questions about payroll, benefits, policies, or HR programs, offering clear solutions and support.

  • Coach managers and employees through HR-related challenges, from routine inquiries to more complex issues involving leave, incentives, or compliance.

  • Ensure the facility remains compliant with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, WARN, and EEO requirements.

  • Utilize HRIS systems like UKG and SAP to manage HR transactions, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

  • Lead or contribute to HR projects, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.

  • Develop and implement strategies that align Human Capital initiatives with overall business goals, helping to strengthen leadership effectiveness and drive employee engagement.

  • Deliver training sessions as needed, such as new hire orientations or updates on HR programs and initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; PHR or SHRM certification a plus

  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting

  • 1+ year of supervisory experience

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, federal and state employment laws, FMLA, ADA, and EEO

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (UKG/Ultimate Software a plus)
