We're seeking an HR Operations Analyst to work at a leading organization in Seal Beach.
6 MONTHS ONLY!
Pay Rate: $28-$37 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm

What's a typical day as HR Operations Analyst? You'll be:
• Serving as the HR analytics expert, preparing comprehensive metrics, reports, and dashboards to identify, track, and analyze trends.
• Supporting HR Business Partners by providing data-driven insights and metrics to meet business and organizational needs.
• Assisting with interview scheduling, HRIS administration, and compensation management to ensure efficiency and a smooth employee experience.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree and have 3+ years of experience working with HRIS applications such as ADP, Ceridian, Oracle, or SAP.
• Possess strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to visualize data and create actionable insights. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
