Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time

- Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour
- Shift: 8am-5pm in office 4 days per week, remote one day
Job Functions:
- Review and update outdated content.
- Create new articles to address identified gaps.
- Ensure compliance with templates, tone, and organizational standards.
- Localize content for regional needs, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
Management Responsibilities:
- This role does not involve direct people management but requires strong collaboration and coordination with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR processes and content management principles.
- Ability to ensure compliance with templates and tone guidelines.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Percentage of articles updated per month, quality score (accuracy, readability), and turnaround time for updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACKMP certifications in Knowledge Management or ServiceNow (e.g., Certified KM Professional (CPKM®), Specialist (CKMS®), or Auditor (CKMA®)).
Experience:
- 3+ years in content management or HR operations.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
