Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
As a Health Coordinator, your typical day will involve:
  • Contacting members to inform and educate them about medical management programs
  • Conducting research and performing data entry
  • Responding to inquiries from members
  • Supporting clinicians in the Medical Management Department with provider and member activities

Ideal Candidate:
This position might be a great fit for you if you meet the following qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
    • 1 year of college and 2 years of experience with automated systems, or
    • 3 years of experience with automated systems
  • Managed Care Systems: At least 1 year of experience with managed care systems
  • Member Coordination: Experience in coordinating member needs, providing assistance, and analyzing member requirements
  • Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate members on medical issues
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills
