Type: Seasonal | Full-Time (Extended Hours During Harvest)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

We're looking for a Lab Technician to join our Harvest Operations team during the exciting and fast-paced grape harvest season. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy working with lab equipment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:-
Operate and maintain harvest and sample prep equipment (including refractometers).

Conduct and record Brix measurements for incoming grape shipments.

Assist in laboratory procedures under minimal supervision.

Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and GMP standards.

Support quality and food safety standards throughout the harvest process.

Work extended hours as needed during the peak of harvest season.

Minimum 18 years of age.

Physically capable of performing job tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Available to work 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM), with flexibility for overtime.

Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Reliable and punctual — attendance and timeliness are a must!
