What's a typical day as a Hard Copy Data Entry Specialist?

You'll be:

  • Accurately entering data from handwritten and hard-copy forms into AS400 and other systems

  • Maintaining a data entry speed of 9,000 KSPH with 99% accuracy

  • Reviewing, interpreting, and validating written information for completeness and correctness

  • Managing high-volume workloads while meeting productivity and quality standards

  • Using data entry systems and web-based applications efficiently

  • Adapting to changing priorities and varying duties as business needs evolve

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Proven ability to maintain 9,000 KSPH with 99% accuracy

  • Prior data entry experience

  • Strong ability to read and interpret handwritten forms

  • Experience working with AS400 (required)

  • Familiarity with data entry systems and web-based applications

  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately under tight deadlines

  • Preferred: Insurance industry experience and/or membership or enrollment background
