Graphic Production Coordinator — Remote (NYC Area)
Are you organized, analytical, and passionate about visual merchandising? Join our Team as a Graphic Production Coordinator supporting over 1,500 retail locations! This is a 100% remote opportunity (must reside in the immediate NYC area) with a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and track print and graphic production across all Sunglass Hut stores, including urgent campaigns and store openings
- Create and manage complex distribution lists and graphic inventory data
- Support high-priority visual merchandising projects with tight deadlines
- Maintain project trackers and upload graphic assets to internal platforms
- Help keep our brand image sharp and on-message across the country
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Project management or inventory management experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Experience with print/graphics distribution (preferred)
- Team player who can handle fast-paced, detail-oriented work
Pay Rate: $26.37/hour
Employment: Full-time, contract position (possible extension)
