Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Inventory Specialists to assist with a critical project involving the retrieval and handling of boxes within our warehouse. The primary responsibilities include retrieving boxes weighing 30-35 pounds from the racking system, palletizing them for shipment, and offloading boxes at the delivery location. Candidates with order picker experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve boxes from the racking system and palletize them efficiently for shipment
• Offload boxes at delivery locations as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
• Order picker experience is a plus, as it will be beneficial for the role
• Steel or composite toe shoes are required for foot protection

Work Hours and Shifts:

• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
• Currently, there are no plans for overtime or weekend work.

Pay Rate:

• The hourly rate for this position is $15.00. Additional pay rate guidance may be provided based on specific daily responsibilities.

Employment Terms:

• This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 44 weeks. There may be opportunities for extension based on project needs.
