Join Our Team as a General Accountant – Where Numbers Meet Impact!
Location: Tyler, TX (On-site)
Department: Accounting
Competitive Salary Range: $65K–$70K
Do you have a knack for numbers, a love for problem-solving, and the drive to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a General Accountant who can roll up their sleeves and dive deep into cost analysis, inventory accuracy, and process improvements all while working closely with our production and operations teams.

What You'll Do
As our General Accountant, you'll be the go-to person for:

  • Analyzing inventory transactions and production data to spot trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serving as the control point for all inventory ensuring counts are accurate, reconciliations are spot-on, and data integrity is rock solid.
  • Performing monthly mass balance analyses and preparing key reports for leadership.
  • Partnering with supervisors and managers to solve operational and accounting challenges.
  • Supporting month-end close, year-end reporting, and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SQF requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (preferred) OR an associate degree/diploma with 3–5 years' experience in accounting/cost analysis.
  • Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or cost accounting.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency with ERP systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
    • Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Mindset: Independent, proactive, and able to thrive under deadlines.
