Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Job Type: Long-term Assignment (No end date / Not seasonal)
Training: 2–6 weeks of comprehensive paid training provided

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Clerks to join our team in South Windsor, CT. You will be responsible for the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of products in a fast-paced, supportive workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals interested in a stable, long-term career path with our growing organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Handling: Insert or de-insert materials into or out of envelopes as required.
  • Document Processing: Print and assemble detail sheets and kits.
  • Material Management: Collect, validate, and organize fulfillment materials.
  • Labeling: Type and affix shipping and product identification labels.
  • Order Preparation: Weigh, meter, and sort envelopes and kit shipments.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Use computers, various software applications, or vendor-provided systems to track and complete orders.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high accuracy and quality control standards throughout all fulfillment activities.
Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organizational skills required.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using computers and software for order tracking and fulfillment.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type accurately and efficiently for labeling and documentation.
  • Experience: Previous experience in fulfillment, mailroom, warehouse, or similar environment preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; stand or sit for extended periods; manual dexterity for handling kits and materials.
  • Teamwork & Reliability: Dependable with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
