Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Clerk in South Windsor! We are a cutting-edge division specializing in customer communication solutions, offering print, mail, and digital services for transactions, marketing, and compliance. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring efficient mail handling by performing data entry, preparing mail for shipment, manually inserting mail into envelopes, and managing mail distribution processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 100% onsite role where your meticulous skills will shine.

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
  • Location: South Windsor
  • Pay Rate: $19.00/hr-$26.95/hr, depending on experience
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, (8am to 4:30pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain mail records.
  • Prepare mail for shipping, ensuring proper postage and address labeling.
  • Manually insert mail into envelopes accurately.
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Ensure mailroom operations meet established service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth mailroom operations.
  • Assist with inventory and supply management for mailroom needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with diverse team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in mailroom or fulfillment operations.
  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
