Procurement Clerk – Order Processing Rep II
Location: Wilmington, DE
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 12 pm to 9 pm
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension or permanent placement)

What You'll Do:
  • Process and fulfill orders for internal and external customers with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Research, analyze, and submit legal documents to governmental agencies
  • Retrieve official documents from the Secretary of State and Division of Corporations
  • Research and confirm entity status for customers
  • Resolve client issues promptly or escalate when necessary
  • Communicate progress and updates to customers and internal teams
  • Navigate multiple processing systems and databases efficiently
  • Support organizational initiatives and process improvements
  • Maintain a positive attitude and flexible approach in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
  • At least 1 year of customer service, office, or clerical experience in a fast-paced setting
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to change
  • Team player with energy and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field), but not required
